Our Delivery Service Is Available Only Within France. Please Ensure That The Shipping Address Provided At Checkout Is Located In France. Delivery Outside France Is Not Supported At This Time.

Our Online Service Hours Are Monday To Friday From 9:00 To 17:00 (CET). Orders Successfully Paid Before 17:00 Will Enter The Processing Queue On The Same Business Day. Orders Placed After 17:00 Will Be Processed Starting From The Next Business Day. Orders Submitted On Non Working Days Will Be Handled On The Next Available Business Day.

3. Order Handling Time

Once The Order Information Has Been Confirmed, We Generally Require 1 To 3 Business Days To Prepare, Pack, And Arrange Shipment.

4. Shipping Fee Calculation

Shipping Fees Are Automatically Calculated Based On The Order Total And Clearly Displayed At Checkout. Orders With A Total Value Of 150 Euros Or More (Including 150 Euros) Qualify For Free Shipping. Orders Below 150 Euros Are Subject To A Flat Shipping Fee Of 6.99 Euros.

After Dispatch, The Estimated Delivery Time Is Between 5 And 8 Business Days. This Timeframe Is An Estimate And Actual Delivery May Vary Depending On Logistics Arrangements And Destination.
